Arlene Lieberman is a consultant with The Education Alliance in Natick, Massachusetts, where she serves as an advisor to college and university presidents and school district superintendents. She is an associate with Samels Associates, Attorneys at Law, concentrating in education law, and works across international human rights, civil rights, social justice, and youth initiatives. Her past legal positions include the Massachusetts Board of Regents of Higher Education, Boston Juvenile Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Advocates, Inc., and General Counsel of Cambridge College. Arlene has co-authored multiple articles in U.S. national and local education media, including University Business, District Administration, insidehighered, and the Boston Business Journal.
